All ticket sales are non-refundable, as each event requires upfront planning for food, materials, and venue needs.
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by emailing us at least 24 hours before the event.

Yes. Email us with your name and the new attendee’s name at least 24 hours before the event.

If we must cancel or postpone an event, all guests will receive:
A ticket transfer to the rescheduled date
ORA full refund processed within 5–7 business days

We do not currently sell physical products.
If we add merch in the future, return details will be listed here. -
FTLO events are designed for attendees 18+.
We ask all guests to support the spirit of community, respect, and vulnerability.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates event guidelines. -
All FTLO promotions, discount codes, or giveaway tickets:
Are only valid during the stated promotional window
Cannot be combined with other offers
Have no cash value
